RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

A product can be returned or exchanged within the first 3 days of receiving an order.

In order to accept your return or exchange process, the product should be unused or opened and placed within its original package unharmed

A receipt or proof of the purchase must be attached to the product.

Fresh Royal jelly is a product that cannot be returned or exchanged.

Fresh Royal jelly is a product that cannot be canceled if the shipping company pick up from the factory

Al Malaky Royal can not accept any return of a product that has been customized upon the buyer’s request.

In the event that a damaged or broken product arrives, you can
contact us via email to retrieve the product and obtain a new one.

Refunds & shipment cost :

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

The cost of return or exchange will be deducted by the buyer.
Inside UAE : 20 dirhams

Outside UAE: the value is determined according to the fees approved by the shipping company. The cost will be calculated according to the destination country and weight of the products.

Late or missing refunds

After all conditions of the return or exchange process are met, the amount will be returned to your bank account, or credit card, within a few days between 3- 15 working days depending on your bank.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There may be a delay in the return or exchange process, due to the current circumstances and depending on the shipping company.
