Shipping Policy

Shipping within the United Arab Emirates:
• Free shipping within the UAE for orders above 199 AED.
• A shipping fee of 21 AED applies to orders below this amount.
• Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days depending on the emirate and location, and may extend to 5 business days for remote areas.

International Shipping:
• Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination country, according to the rates of the shipping companies.
• The customer bears the full cost of international shipping.

Customs Duties & Taxes:
• The customer is responsible for the full shipping cost.
• The customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities.

Important Notes:
• Delivery may be delayed during public holidays or major promotional periods due to high demand on shipping companies.
• We recommend that our customers inspect their packages and verify the condition of the products upon delivery. In case of any visible damage or missing items, please notify us within 24 hours.
• Al Malaky Royal is responsible for preparing and shipping the order on time but is not liable for any delays beyond our control, including courier delays or customs procedures.
• Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping details (address and contact number) at checkout. Al Malaky Royal is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
• We reserve the right to request customer identification along with proof of purchase before completing the transaction if a discount code from programs such as Esaad or Fazaa is being used.

Shipping Policy for Non-Returnable Items:
• Due to the nature of certain products (e.g., fresh Royal Jelly or customized products), some orders may not be eligible for return or exchange after shipping—unless the product is damaged or the order content is incorrect.

Prices:
• All prices displayed on the website include VAT.

Offers products

• Discount codes cannot be applied to discounted products, promotional offers, or contest products.
• Contest-related products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Only one discount code can be used per purchase.

Return and Exchange Policy

• Products may be returned or exchanged within 3 days from the date of delivery.
• Customized or made-to-order products, as well as items shipped outside the UAE, are not eligible for return.
• Fresh Royal Jelly products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging and condition.
• Within the UAE: return/exchange fee is AED 21.
• After meeting the return conditions, the refund will be issued to the bank account or credit card within 3 to 15 business days, starting from the date we receive the returned item.
• If the refund is delayed, please check with your bank first, then contact your credit card provider.

• We are not responsible for any customs fees imposed by authorities in the destination country.

Conditions for the winners

• Shipping charges for our winners are with us: inside UAE
• An amount of 21 dirhams will be charged for the gift delivery outside UAE
• The shipping tax and delivery amount will be calculated by the contest winners (. The cost will be calculated according to the destination country & the weight of the product)
• Gifts cannot be exchanged for a monetary amount.
  
• The winner cannot shop more than one product for each type
• The winner outside the UAE can receive the gift within a maximum period of 3 months and a period of one month for that inside UAE
• The winner must share a copy of the Emirates ID or passport in order to receive the prize.
