Returns & Refund Policy

Exchange & Return:
• You can return or exchange the product within 3 days of receiving it.
• The following items are non-returnable or non-exchangeable:
 - Fresh Royal Jelly.
 - Customized or made-to-order products.
 - Products shipped outside the country.

-Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery.
• The customer is responsible for return or exchange fees.
• If you receive a damaged or broken product, please contact us via info@almalaky.com or by WhatsApp 00971555477779

. It will be replaced with a new one free of charge.
• A shipping fee of AED 21 applies for returns or exchanges, will cover by customer.

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge before the shipping process is completed.

If the order has already been prepared or shipped, it will be treated as a return
in accordance with the terms and conditions stated above.

Refunds & Shipping Costs:
• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund request.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 3 to 15 business days, depending on your bank's policy.
• Refunds are processed either via bank transfer or through the same electronic payment gateway used at the time of purchase. Cash refunds are not available.

Any transfer fees or additional charges imposed by the bank or payment gateway will
be deducted from the refunded amount.

Delayed or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after the specified time:
• Please first check your bank account.
• Contact your credit card provider.
• Kindly note that shipping companies (third-party) may cause delays in the return process.
